| Open Inclusion Overview |
SendSafe customization policies are based on a business model of "open inclusion." As a result, SendSafe is a very strong software system created from all development efforts over the past decade and evolves constantly through the addition of new capabilities most desired by online businesses.
Two sources of development effort feed the heartiness of SendSafe. The first kind of development effort is "internally initiated engineering projects" which is the ever-growing core functionality of SendSafe. The second kind of development is a result of the inclusion of thousands of customizations commissioned by clients over the years. Improvements to the core Sendsafe system are available to clients as upgrades.
Each client who uses SendSafe immediately benefits from an accumulation of all relevant customization and internally initiated development projects. The synergy that arises from this open inclusion model has resulted in an incredibly powerful and dynamic e-commerce system. Because of this dual stream approach, Sendsafe "out of the box" is very stable, error free, and contains the capabilities an online business needs. |

| Policies and Procedures |
- SendSafe E-Commerce and E-Store Framework are sold or leased to clients.
- A client that has requested customization of SendSafe will be billed for all development time expended in completing the requested customization, which will be detailed in the individual development contract for that customization.
- Clients who lease SendSafe will receive upgrades which may contain enhancements.
- CPrompt reserves the right to change any part of this policy without notice by posting a new policy to this website.

| Use of SendSafe Products and Ownership |
Since all customization is based on CPrompt's prior designs and prior constructed software logic, CPrompt retains all ownership rights to all prior SendSafe work products, new SendSafe work products, and all derivative SendSafe work products. Except as specifically set forth in writing and signed by both client and CPrompt, CPrompt shall have all copyright and patent rights with respect to all material developed in the course of customizing SendSafe. The client is typically granted a nonexclusive license to use and employ SendSafe within the client's business in accordance with all existing CPrompt SendSafe licensing agreements and client contracts. The term "use and employ" means, to operate as a software machine. The term "use and employ" does not include the right to display or disseminate any SendSafe source code in any human readable format by any means technical or otherwise. The term "use and employ" does not include the right to distribute, disseminate, sell, rent, lease, license, sublease, copy, or publish SendSafe in any format and by any means or media.
